Wow, time flies when you are running around crazy

Sorry about not updating, March was a crazy month for work and home life balance.  Last month we worked on creating continuous movement through the concepts of Henka-waza and Kaeshi-waza.  Keeping our movements dynamic and trying not to get into a static position that will require us to pit strength against strength.

Henka-waza
Henka-waza Arts start with one intent but vary to another based on the reaction of the Uke.
